The Ajman market
Small emirate,
tight margins
Ajman is the smallest emirate by area and one of the fastest-changing. Low-rise buildings are giving way to mid-rise residential blocks along the Corniche and through Al Nuaimiya, Rashidiya and Al Jurf — and every one of them needs a lift, a maintenance contract, and somebody who answers when it stops.
Owners here tend to buy on price and learn on service. The buildings are smaller and the margins tighter, so maintenance contracts get squeezed — and the squeeze almost always lands on the same three things: how often a technician actually attends, whether the parts are genuine, and whether anyone is reachable outside office hours.
That is the part we do not compress. Our technicians are directly employed, not subcontracted, which means the person who services your lift in Ajman is the same person next month — and the same one who picks up the phone at eleven at night.
Project reference
Al Muhairy Tower, Rashidiya
Six units on a single residential building
A full lift bank on a Rashidiya residential tower — supplied, installed, commissioned and still maintained by the team that built it. It is the kind of reference that answers the only question that matters to an Ajman building owner: have you done this here, on a building like mine?
